Surprise at top of Money Magazines national job-growth list!
A recent issue of
Money magazine named Surprise at the top of its national job-growth list.
Money said that Surprise increased the number of jobs within its borders by 93.1 percent between 2000 and 2005.
Given the amazing growth in Surprise, the city is also in need of additional staffing. Not only is the city in demand of more workers but the city has also approved a development agreement with Milgard Manufacturing Inc. Surprise hopes the large manufacturer will create about 300 jobs by 2009.
New home or resale?
Opportunities are available for every type of homebuyer in Surprise. I can help you evaluate the pros and cons of a new home or resale purchase. It is crucial to have someone representing your interests when making a new home purchase. It is too easy to fall in love with a model home that doesn't really meet your needs or budget. I spend time with clients looking over floorplans and comparing each builders incentives and upgrade costs to help you make the best informed decision possible. If a resale home is your choice I'll help you find the right home in the right neighborhood and negotiate the best price and terms.
New or resale-I will be there with you through the entire process. It does not end with a Purchase agreement. I'll help coordinate financing, inspections, title reports and the escrow process right through to the closing and beyond if needed. My service to my clients is my number one priority.
